THE USEFUL STUFF

Product story

MAMBO SURF DE LUXE BADGE

Deluxe surf. Questionable service. No refunds.

The Mambo Surf de Luxe Sweat is what happens when surf culture gets upgraded to business class but still turns up barefoot.

Bold, clean and unapologetically retro, the oversized badge brings proper old-school Mambo swagger to a sweatshirt. It looks premium. It sounds expensive. Thankfully, nobody checked the guest list.

Think first-class waves, cheap motels, expensive sunglasses and absolutely no intention of being home by Monday.

This is luxury, Mambo style.

FIVE-STAR SURF.

TWO-STAR ACCOMMODATION.

ONE VERY BAD INFLUENCE.

Valet parking? No.

Private beach? If you get there first.

Dress code? Bring your flipflops.

MAMBO DE LUXE BADGE.

All the luxury. None of the responsibility.

Fit & sizing

A relaxed unisex sweatshirt with an early-90s attitude: room to move and a silhouette that makes itself comfortable. This graphic sweatshirt brings an easy shape to surf-inspired streetwear, whether you wear it with jeans, shorts or whatever survived the bedroom floor.

Available in XS–2XL, because weird comes in plenty of sizes. Compare the size chart with a favourite sweatshirt laid flat. Check the half-chest, body length and sleeve length, then choose around those garment measurements. The chart measures the garment, not the human inside it. No mythical-beast proportions required.

Materials & care

350gsm organic ringspun, combed cotton with a soft, washed feel. A heavyweight graphic sweatshirt for cool mornings, questionable plans and the long walk home from checking the surf. Substance without the stiff-upper-lip routine. 100% organic cotton, with enough Mambo attitude to keep the sensible clothes nervous.

Wash inside out with similar colours and follow the garment care label. Do not iron the print. Give the artwork some privacy in the washing machine and a little respect afterwards. It has enough problems without being introduced to a hot iron.

Print & construction

A printed unisex sweatshirt with a relaxed early-90s fit and 350gsm cotton fabric: a comfortable canvas for bold surf-inspired artwork. Ringspun, combed cotton keeps the feel soft, while the washed finish takes the edge off the new-clothes routine. The brushed cotton interior keeps things soft where it counts.

Wear it over a graphic tee when the temperature drops, or with denim when the dress code is “turn up”. Follow the garment care label to look after the fabric and artwork. Sensible construction, gloriously unsensible outlook.

BEFORE CHECKOUT

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Dispatch & delivery

Please allow 5–7 working days for us to process, prepare and dispatch your order from one of our distribution warehouses.

This isn’t because we’re a bunch of lazy beach bums sitting around waiting for the swell to pick up. Although, given half a chance, that could absolutely happen.

Many Mambo products are made to order, which means we don’t have mountains of unwanted gear sitting around gathering dust and contemplating its purpose in life. We make what’s needed, when it’s needed — helping us reduce unnecessary stock, minimise waste and generally be a little kinder to our planet.

Once your order has been made, checked, packed and given the appropriate Mambo send-off, it’ll be handed over to the delivery people and you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

What is a 'Working Day'? - Glad you asked.

A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Saturdays and Sundays don’t count, no matter how many times you refresh your tracking page.

And if there’s a Public Holiday? Well, everyone deserves a day off.

Pull the barbie out of the shed, get yourself down the shops for some chicken wings and a cold Longneck, and allow us one additional working day.

Your Mambo will be along shortly.

Good things come to those who wait. Weird things take 5–7 working days.

Returns

If your Mambo turns up damaged, battered, bruised or simply isn’t the thing you ordered, stay calm. No need to shout at the postie.

Drop us a line at support@mambo.cc within 7 days of delivery and we’ll get onto it.

Why 7 days? It’s not some cunning Mambo loophole designed to dodge responsibility. Couriers just don’t keep their records forever, and after a while the evidence disappears into the great delivery-service abyss. (Sigh.)

So, spot a problem? Tell us quickly, send us the details and we’ll work with you to get it sorted.

We’d love to personally escort every Mambo parcel to your front door, but apparently that’s “not commercially viable.”

Once your order is out in the wild, occasionally things happen that even Mambo can’t control — Customs having a long lunch, local postal services going walkabout, unexpected delays, or your parcel simply taking the scenic route.

Unfortunately, Mambo Europe can’t be held responsible for delays outside our control, including delays caused by Customs or local delivery services at your destination.

Your tracking information is the best place to follow the adventure and will provide updates as your parcel makes its way to you.

Keep an eye on the tracking. Keep the faith. Your Mambo is coming.
