Costs

United Kingdom

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £70.

  • Standard — Royal Mail 48 Tracked: free on orders over £70 after discounts; £3.95 on orders of £70 or less. Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days from despatch.
  • Express — Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £4.95, including on orders over £70. Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days from despatch. The free-delivery offer covers standard delivery only.

The qualifying order total is the value of your items after discounts, excluding delivery. Exactly £70 does not qualify: the minimum is £70.01. No code needed. If a discount brings your total to £70 or less, standard delivery costs £3.95.

These UK services cover parcels up to 6kg. For heavier parcels, please contact support@mambo.cc before ordering. The offer applies to UK delivery addresses; it does not apply to Jersey or other overseas destinations.

Delivery times start on despatch and are additional to the processing time below. Express delivery does not shorten processing time.

*Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location for non-UK customers, we do this to ensure you are getting the most competitive shipping rates.

Print On Demand (POD) Shipping

  • POD products are shipped direct from our printing partners. For UK deliveries, the standard and express rates and free standard delivery offer above also apply to POD products.
  • For non-UK POD orders, shipping prices depend on the item and delivery location. The charge is confirmed at checkout.
  • Please allow 5–7 working days from your order date for POD products to be despatched.
  • Orders containing products from different fulfilment locations may arrive in separate deliveries. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Processing and Despatch Times

Please allow 5–7 working days for us to process, prepare and despatch your order. Many Mambo products are made to order to reduce waste — good gear is worth a little patience.

Delivery time is additional to processing time and starts on despatch. Choosing express delivery speeds up the journey after despatch; it does not shorten processing time.

A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. If a public holiday falls during processing, allow an extra working day. Pull the barbie out of the shed while we get your gear ready.

Tracking

Please see rates above for tracking. Allow 24 hours for the tracking to kick in, and if you still can't see it, please get in touch at support@mambo.cc. We want you to wear the kit.

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we'll be cross on your behalf. Please contact us within 7 days by emailing support@mambo.cc so we can get it sorted. (This is not a loophole to get out of commitments - the couriers just don't keep records that long. Sigh.)
